Who is responsible
Dmytro Morozov Technology, registered in Poland (NIP 6793152706, REGON 544890998), is responsible for this website and its contact inquiries. For privacy questions or requests, email me@dfrost.tech.
Contact inquiries
When you use the contact form, I receive your name, email address, message, chosen language and the time you gave contact permission. I use these details to reply and discuss your inquiry, based on the permission you give with the form. I do not use them for a newsletter or send the form content to PostHog.
The message is delivered through Twilio SendGrid to my email inbox. I keep correspondence while it is needed to answer and follow up on your inquiry. If work begins or a legal obligation applies, relevant records may need to be kept longer.
Optional analytics
If you allow analytics, PostHog records page visits, section views, scroll milestones and clicks on navigation or external links. It can store a visitor identifier in cookies or browser storage. Automatic click capture and session recording are disabled. PostHog is configured to use its US service endpoint.
Analytics stays off until you allow it. Your choice is saved in this browser so you are not asked on every visit. You can change it at any time using Analytics settings in the footer; rejecting analytics stops further collection.
Your choices and rights
You can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, or ask me to restrict its use. You can withdraw contact or analytics permission at any time by emailing me@dfrost.tech or changing Analytics settings. Withdrawal does not affect processing that happened before it.
You can also lodge a complaint with the Polish data protection authority (UODO). External sites you open from this page, such as LinkedIn or Telegram, apply their own privacy terms.
